Private Rentals
There are four different elements available to rent at Motorsport Park Hastings: the track, the paddock, condo/garages and the Clubhouse.
The 2.15-mile, 13-turn road course is available to rent to qualified groups and individuals for approved and insured driving activities.

- Corporate driver training activities (high-speed and low-speed)
The large, asphalt paddock (pit area) can be rented when you need a lot of flat space for an event.

The Clubhouse at MPH (operating as The Well at MPH) overlooks turn 13 and is a great venue for private parties and events, meetings or corporate training.

Condo/Garage Rentals
There are several privately-owned Condo/Garages that are available for rent during race or track weekends here at MPH. These units provide you and your family or crew an at-track place to stay
for your up-coming race or track weekend. Typical rentals are Thursday afternoon arrival with Sunday evening departure. Additional nights may be added (depending on demand and availability). Payment is 50% at time of reservation with balance due upon check-in.

Condo/Garage #4: Three-bedroom unit overlooking the T-12 to T-13 straight, as well as the main straight, Clubhouse, pit road and paddock areas
Condo/Garage #10: Two-bedroom unit overlooking T-12, the front straight, Clubhouse, pit road and paddock areas
Condo/Garage #52: Two-bedrooms on main level, large sleeping area and multiple beds in the semi-finished lower level. Nice deck overlooking Turns 4-5-6-7
Condo/Garage #54B: Studio-style with two beds, full-kitchen and dining. Patio overlooking Turns 4-5-6-7
